How To Rent A Storage Unit

Johnson Storage is located inside Johnson Realty. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm for Storage Rentals. Please call us to set an appt time come into the office and sign and review your rental contract in person. WE ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS. 

STORAGE UNITS MAY BE RENTED ON SATURDAYS (BY APPT ONLY).

You can rent a storage unit in person at our office. A Picture ID is required. We do not charge a security deposit. Your storage rent is due each month on the date you rented the unit originally.   Example: You rented the unit on October 15th  therefore your rent is due each month on the 15th)

We accept cash, personal check, or money orders. Payments may be mailed in to our office at:

Payments by check, money order or cert. bank check may be dropped in the drop box at our office. We do not suggest dropping any payments in the box after 5pm as it will not get checked until the next business day.    

Johnson Realty, its owners, managers, or partners shall have no liability for loss or damage of any items placed in our storage facilities stored by a tenant, or occupant of a tenant, due to weather of any kind rain, wind hail, rodents, theft, flooding or hurricane storms.  We do not cover your content in case of an act of God, fire, etc. 

WE DO NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR YOUR PROPERTY! 

Please contact your auto insurer, or homeowner's insurer and ask for a renter's policy to cover your belongings.
